Description - BIO BOX & PROJECTION EQUIPMENT

History - The Empire Theatre opened on 4th May 1923 and closed in 1963. It was built by Jack Harper for owner Mary Ann Gill. Seating was 424 stalls and 117 gallery. After closing, the building was converted to a supermarket. In March of 1972 the building was destroyed in a fire - Notes by Lost Memory.
