Don 'Red' Barry and Bress Family

Somehow I wound up with a few photos that were apparently owned by B-western star Don “Red” Barry. This one may have been taken at the front of the theatre and is inscribed to him by “Jack, Dad, Lou, and Phil Bress”. I understand the Bresses owned the theatre. The African-American man in the photo has “Al” written on his coat–I wonder if he may have beenn the manager. The inscription to Barry reads “Will always remember those 2 days Success to you in all your future pictures”. The lower right corner says “Come back soon Pal” Barry made his personal appearance Nov. 16-17, 1951
