So sad no one is changing the big marquee outside the Regal 9 Santa Cruz to tell you the features playing. Without a manager the neon sign sits almost empty. This is a free advertisement for them and the letters are missing without a manager type on duty. It’s bad enough Regal cut out 50% of their seating to put in cheap recliners a few years ago, they don’t even move electronic, you have to pull on them. They needed to put in a giant Regal RPD curved screen in their largest space but this did not happen. Lets see how long It will take to get the marquee plastic letters back up again. All the summer tourists in Santa Cruz just walk past the sign and have no idea what is playing.
