Thanks for the new information. I bet he had to struggle to get the Rodgers to make a profit ,since the Charles theater was taking it’s business away and the fact it a little . My dad told me that the owners had offer to sell it to him in 1949 ,but,he turned it down.He was a lawyer at the time with a drinking problem .
Excuse me I made a mistake with the other photos that was from Fulton theater.
