Surf Theatre

I worked at the Surf when I was 16 in 1974 and worked thru till the closing. The O'Brien family owned the theatre. I still live in town and will try to find some pictures of the inside. I learned the whole business from taking tickets, to running the projectors and even cleaning after shows! Best job I ever had in college and every week we always had a private showing of the movie. We also had the best popcorn cooked fresh every day. Not like today in big bags and dumped into bins. It was a great place to watch fireworks during the 4th because they would shoot them off Fisherman beach.
