Found this on Flickr along with a well-detailed history of the Watertown. I’m assuming that this image was taken from the June 30 1955 Watertown Town Times, as described and that the Town Times didn’t renew its copyright on it. If those assumptions are accurate, then this advertisement is in the public domain.
The Flickr user posted it with a copyright notice, but did not imply any hand in the image’s creation, so I believe that copyright notice is in error. If I’m wrong about any of this, please note that this use of the image won’t damage any owners' commercial use, and that I’ll assist in taking it down in a New York minute.
