It’s Loma Theatre #3 which was bombed and destroyed in 1943. It’s hard to make out but the entire inside of the theatre was obliterated (top photo) leaving the front face and signage (being boarded up by the fire department at bottom). the new Loma Theatre #4 would commence in 1944 and was still going in the 21st Century.
