The Park Theatre was renovated for the Florida west coast showing of “Can-Can” in 70mm Todd-AO. The reserved seat engagement required installation of a giant 60' by 30' screen and 70mm projectors. The film opened on June 29, 1960 and ran for 10 weeks. Ad from the Tampa Tribune dated June 28, 1960.
