The Escondido Carousel 6 has long since been completely demolished, but they have since built Escondido Charter High School on top of where the theater used to be and surrounding area.
Ironically they built the school “American Spirit Theater” on top of exactly where the old movie theater used to be. The new building is also very similar in shape and size as the former movie theater.
Behind the trees in this picture where the building bends to the left is where the box office and main entrance used to be. The walkway on the left of the image is where the main parking area was.
