The Odeon and Gaumont were well known for their Restaurants and Cafes, the advert above is from the 1965 brochure these were printed annually. Most of the largest were in Gaumont cinemas, however, some Odeon cinemas were very popular. The very last cinema to close was the Odeon Southampton in 1972 causing a petition to Rank Cinemas.
