“Digger” in 8-perf horizontal VistaVision at the AMC Grove, 3rd and Fairfax. It’s in auditorium 6, seating 180. The image width, for this film’s 1.50 to 1 aspect ratio, is about 33'.

This is one of 5 theatres worldwide running the Warner Bros. film in actual 35mm VistaVision. They’re using a Ballantyne projector with a souped up Film-Tech rebuild of a Christie Autowind platter. Sound is via a DTS player.

At the entrance to #6: Nothing about VistaVision. Not even a poster for “Digger.” At the moment, the film is also playing in three of the larger auditoria at the Grove.
