Cinema Italia 83 Queens Parade, Melbourne, VIC

Charlie Palumbo was a major distributor who operated out of a building in Nth Melbourne. High above his prominent shop front stood a giant sign with the words “World Films” lit-up in neon. The sign has been up for so long it has become part of Melbourne film legend. World Films was the major supplier of film for the Cinema Italia.
