Stop by at night some time and see all the color lights on. The number #12 AC bus stops out front of the theatre and connects to the Bart SF train at 19th & Broadway across from the Paramount Theatre in downtown Oakland. The Lake Merritt area has some great places to eat before or after your ‘Grand Lake’ visit. Oakland is lucky It still has 3 huge deco type ‘Fox West Coast Theatres’ still left the ‘Grand Lake’ along with the ‘Paramount’ along with the ‘Fox Oakland Theatres’. Check these classic movie palaces out If you are visiting the SF Bay Area.
