It’s the September 1, 1966 reopening of Teatro El Capitán as a Restaurant and Theater. And operator Hiram Parks (center) is set to receive a nomination for Order of the Aztec Eagle in a surprise announcement there by Mexican consul Manuel Esparza (at left).
