Located in the east Melbourne suburb of Box Hill. The Regent Theatre was opened in 1936. By 1946 it was operated by Box Hill Amusements Property Ltd. who also operated the nearby Rialto Theatre. They were still the operators when it closed in 1960.
The Regent Theatre has been demolished and an office block has been built on the site - Notes by Ken Roe
