The Idle Time/Victory/Villa/Tokay Theatre building in 2018. The entrance was at the center fron on Stark Street, with the small auditorium and screen at the back of the structure on SE 81st Street.
The original address was 2024 ½ SE Stark, previous to Portland’s “Great Renumbering” in 1930-31.
