The Meadowbrook Drive-In was opened July 2, 1953 with Clark Gable in “Never Let Me Go” & Stewart Granger in “The Wild North”. Its specialty was second run triple features.
It had a capacity for 700 cars and seating for 500 patrons on the patio. It closed in 1987. Its screen and marquee are still intact and the site is used as a commercial storage & parking lot. By 2018, the site was unused - Notes by J. Bowers
