The Dress Circle Foyer, from the top of the northern staircase.

Two large foyers, one above the other, grace the Capri. The semi-circular alcove, housing a picture of the original auditorium of the New Star, was once an additional ticket box to complement the two in the main foyer. The windows have venetian blinds to control the admission of daylight. Both foyers have circular lounges around the column which supports the centre of the huge steel beam which bears the mass of the balcony. One high school teacher member bore the cost of three suites of replica 1940s chairs and lounges, as well as the restoration of the neon trough lighting in both foyers. This is typical of the huge value put on this heritage theatre by the members of its owner, the South Australian Division of the Theatre Organ Society of Australia, and the many non-member volunteers.
