The Pheil Hotel property received a new aluminum Brise Soleil screen wrapping as the building was known as the “cheese grater” for the next 45 years or - officially - as the Madison Hotel toward its new 99-year lease. The former theater’s entry is sort of still there, technically, under the bank sign and - obviously - replaced by a bank.
