Perhaps not the most interesting of shots but it’s Pittsburgh’s African American business district from January of 1934 at Fullerton near the Golden Theatre.
On the first utility pole is an ad promoting a special appearance by famous pianist Eubie Blake less than a mile away at the - then - Pitt Theatre. A corresponding print ad is also in photos.
