This photograph showing a section of the Restaurant and Ballroom was taken several weeks prior to opening. The sixteen 12ft windows along the façade of the Ritz cascaded light into the restaurant, which was very popular, it was open from 10.30 a.m until 10.30 p.m. Serving Luncheons, Afternoon Teas and Grills.
