Rialto Theatre, located at 426 W. Main Street in Denison Texas. Open! The Rialto opened in 1920 & closed sometime around 1977. Reopening sometime in the early 1980’s, once again showed 1st run movies. But due to the Multi-Plex Theatre near by, couldn’t hold its own. Then in the 1990’s, it was converted into a Live Venue. *Today (Jan 2012), this Theatre is back to showing movies. The Rialto now has a Facebook page.
