What a shame..I doubt this place will be restored. There is a sign advertising there is 20,000 square feet of retail space.
Worked there as a usher from 1964 to 67 made 85 cents a hour. Saw movies held over for months onebwas Shane with Alan Ladd. Saw my share of Elvis movies. Many a weekend all the seats were full. Met my wife there, great theater ushers break room under stage
