The Boomerang theatre is to be run in its present condition for another two or three weeks pending the letting of contracts. It will then be closed for approximately three weeks while the theatre is re-seated, re-furnished, carpeted, re-painted and decorated.The sound equipment is also to be overhauled and modernized.
When the theatre re-opens it will come under the title of “The Mayfair”— The first theatre of this title in Victoria – Contributed by Greg Lynch –
