A look at the Northgate Center architectural sketch in 1950 by architects John Graham and Company. The $18,000,000 project was the dream of Rex L. Allison, President of Bon Marché, to alleviate downtown parking issues in Seattle. The theatre is at the far side of the Northgate “Miracle Mile.”
