Here is the Grand Opening ad from the weekly Jeffersonian Democrat of Brookville, July 3, 1952 edition. It matches the drive-in’s current claim that it first opened that year.
It’s very unlikely that whatever copyright might exist on this advertisement would have been renewed, but don’t take my word for it.
