Loew's Theatre
Loew’s closed unceremoniously with this ad on April 12, 1970 with “What Do You Say to a Naked Lady" following the local paper’s policy to not name X-rated features in ads. Within days, the theater was turned over to the “Big Z” one of the earliest professionals who popularized the art of demolition. He staged a sale and then an auction to get rid of all artifacts from the Loew’s.
