The ads were altered a bit in Cincy as the film was “The Man Who Came At Dinner” but the Cinema X was targeted early and often by local officials who padlocked the building, seized the assets of the theater and ordered an auction. As for due process and the First Amendment, well, it is Cincinnati USA.
