The rotunda showed amazing attention to detail for a neighborhood theatre shown here at opening in 1927 at the end of the orchestra foyer. More fine detail by Katz & Katz again – likely – afforded by having the revenue added from the associated hotel and businesses associated with the high-rise concept.
