Architect Norman Rudi’s blueprint for Ames first twin-screen built theater it upper right with sketching of the exterior at bottom right. Bottom left is the swanky 1970s lobby. But it would be damaged by flood waters at least four times and to the left of theater (upper left) are two canoeists paddling by.
