It would be great to replicate the original Neon that was on the Vogue Marquee and vertical blade sign. Downtown LS needs a historic type theater again. I thought the old Senior Citizen Center would have been a great site for a conversion to a Rio type theater that is in Overland Park KS or the Armour in N Kansas City.
