Acording to the header Mike this theatre closed in 1981,and the photos are from 1982 looks like they just left the one-sheets up instead of taking them home.
Every old theatre must had a ghost or two. Back when I worked for the LOEWS MELROSE in Nashville, Tennessee there was talk of a Ghost there he even had a name “Mr. Bowman”,Talk was that he was an old time Manager there who killed himself in the theatre one night,I do not know if this was true, but I did hear several scary stories told by the clean-up people of strange things that would happen while they were working.I would be there after hours many times but never saw or heard anything myself.
Thanks kirky.
