theater building still stands but has been gutted . The marquee and box office are still there as part of deal with the city. building now has a bar and shops.

What can i say about this theater as i just came back from texas as More to come as i have timei made a trip from ny too see it.This will never open as a theater again . The outside of the theater looks great but thats were it ends .The street its on is very nice…….

A nice old theater that was multiplex like they did in the 70s. Not so pretty but the theater still has a sence of history..One by one there almost all gone in ny.

The area should be able to support about 400 screens.

The average screen per capita is 1 screen per 25,000.oo people to make money .This is a industry average. That being said if it is a million the area should be able to support all those theaters.
