ABC Southeastern Theatres, Inc. had a Terrace theatre in 1975 according to the International Motion Picture Almanac. In 1990 It is in the Cineplex Odeon listings as Terrace 2

I found this theatre as “Palmetto 14” in the Marquee Theatres listings in the IMPA for 2000. It seems that Eastern Federal took it over before it opened.
I found this theatre in the Cinemette and Morgan American Management Corp listings in the 1975 IFA. They had dominated the Pittsburgh,PA region and this was their only theatre in the state.
This cinema is now closed as of tonite, May 21st, 2009 when the new Shiloh 14 opened.

It’s now a drugstore. It was a United Amusement/Cinémas Unis theatre.
Cafe Starbuck is on the site just past the elevator for 3PVM. When it opened, it was managed by Nat Taylor’s (co-founder of Cineplex)wife.
There are plans for a Walmart supercentre on the site, which would make it their 4th in Laval.

The mall opened in 1981. AMC closed the cinemas on April 13th, 2008. Southeast Entertainment is planning a new 16-plex for 2009-2010.
