The address is 1536 Crowley Rayne Hwy, Crowley, LA 70526. The drive-in appears to be intact in a 1971 aerial photo, but at some point afterwards was demolished.
Today, there is no trace of the drive-in left.

If the dates are correct, then the Citrus Drive-In is currently being mislabeled as the “Juarez Drive-In” on this site. The drive-in located at 2430 U.S. 77 Business was established at least by 1953. It has been demolished, although the projection booth/concession stand appears to still be standing.
https://goo.gl/maps/FsrYa
A closer street address is 2334 Milam St. In 1995, the screen and projector booth/concession stand was still up. Today, there is only the foundations of the screen and booth/stand left along with the ramps.

Found it. The drive-in was located at what is now 1506 S Interstate 35. It appears to have been demolished some time before 1973. Today, a housing edition sits on the property with no trace of the drive-in left.

I found a drive-in west of Ruston at 7388 US-80
Grambling, LA. So, it may be the same one. Today, a church stands on the property, but you can still see the ramps.

The location of the Tower Drive-In was 607 Interstate 35 Business. The site is currently occupied by Comal Plaza and most of what was the drive-in is now a massive parking lot. There is no trace left of the drive-in.

The address is 15095 Calla Ct, Woodbridge, VA. The drive-in appears to have been constructed some time after 1963 and lasted until at least 1981. By 1994, the property became the site of townhouses with a large open central area. However, there is no trace of the drive-in left. https://goo.gl/maps/yZfDK
928 Oakwood Ct, Castle Rock, CO 80104 is the addressed based on the topo maps I’ve seen of a drive-in situated just to the east of Castle Rock mountain.
Here is what the area looks like today.

This drive-in disappeared before 1980 and was replaced by this neighborhood, so the address is from that. What the old address was I do not know.
Approximate address is 1163 Pony Express HWY (HWY 36). The drive-in was located on the south side of the highway.
Today, the property holds at least one business with no traces of the drive-in remaining. However, there is an old marquee at the entrance to the business which may have been a part of the old drive-in.
https://goo.gl/maps/dOKHy
A more accurate address (at least in terms of Google Maps) is 880 S Rohlwing Rd (HWY 53). The site of the drive-in is where “Ferguson” is now located, a large building. A strip mall is located on the east side of the property next to HWY 53.
https://goo.gl/maps/2nidJ
Not to be picky, but the actual location of the drive-in was about ¼ to ½ mile north of the intersection of HWY 81 and Ballpark Road as the old photo posted by NYozoner shows.
On the map, you can still see the old entrance and exit of the drive-in along with the very faint outline of the ramps.

From looking at a 1966 aerial photo, the drive-in appears to have been demolished by that point in time.
The drive-in was located on what is now Omega Drive. Today, the property is a large pond with Omega Drive circling it. https://goo.gl/maps/TaOBW
The Rosecrans Drive-In was seen in the film, “Attack of the Puppet People”. The back of the drive-in screen is seen around the 18:50 mark of the film.
Although the ramps are faint, it can be seen that in the back of the property another screen was present. https://goo.gl/maps/wrjdD

Question: Was this theater really a “drive-in”? I’m asking because I see no evidence that it was, only that it was a typical walk-in twin theater.

The drive-in was located at 3709 E. 10th (Google) and is now a K-Mart. https://goo.gl/maps/vAwBl
In addition to the marquee, you can still see a partial outline and some ramps. https://goo.gl/maps/vOG1h
Nothing remains except the general outline. https://goo.gl/maps/c2jz2
There is no trace of the drive-in left. https://goo.gl/maps/P5RiR
It appears that the concession stand/projection booth is still standing.
You can still see the partial remains of a few ramps in the SE part of the lot along with where the back fence was placed. https://goo.gl/maps/9FNgi
