In 1922, though, the T D & L Theatre is listed at 129 North Brand. Maybe they were not the same theatre?

Beyond the Stars Palace shut down in 2015.

I’m not sure where the address in this listing came from, but the 1917 Glendale city directory has the Palace Grand listed at 319 South Brand Blvd.

According to the article Joe references above the address here for the Oto Theatre is incorrect. The article says it was at 1620 First Ave and is now an Elks Lodge. The building at 1620 does look like a former theatre!

The Rex is in Pioneer Town and should be listed as open as a live venue since it serves as the home to a variety show called the “Dirty Shame Show”. The address is 7 West County Road.
