Carmike closed the theater around May 15-20, 2015, and AMC will be opening it as the AMC West Jordan 12:

The Seminole 8 closed in February 2015, and the building was demolished in April as part of a redevelopment of the Seminole Mall into an open-air shopping center. A new 12-screen movie theater is planned, according to a news article.
