I work at the Convention and Visitors Bureau for the City of Rosenberg. The Cole Theatre is a fabulous old structure and renovations will soon be started.

This was sold to WL Butler in Rosenberg at an auction. Good Luck Mr Butler. Take care and please restore this gem to your city.

Mart Cole Sr. was my grandfather and my father and uncle were managers there for many years. I’d really like to find out who the current owners are. I have 16mm film transferred to videotape of when John Wayne came to town and appeared on stage in front of the Cole.

Yes I do. Inside and out and some I never would have believed!
What a jewel but going down hill fast. This is a Theatre with water inside (flooded) and a Hole In the roof. Still a wonderful piece of History. Someone better save it soon. Just wish I could have.
