Pioneer Theatre

Chalet Theaters recently boguht this theater and has plans on a complete rehab. The first order of business is to get the front back to its original facade and light the neon again. This theater will do the town proud again after being dark and letting the building deteriate. Its never fully recovered from the 1999 hurricane that damaged the building.
We have plans already to completely renovate the lobby, the balcony, lighting, sound and projection before opening sometime in the sppring of 2007. English and Spanish movies will be shown and first run for this community just 70 miles from the US-Mexico border. CHalet Theaters LLC is a small theater company that specializes in 1 or 2 screen older or vaudville era buildings.
