The address on the header is the correct one. Look at the grand opening ad. It says Rt. 1…. Rt.1,Roosevelt Blvd, Lincoln Hwy are all the same road. If you using goggle maps they are off sometimes.
In researching the DI’s in the Bellefontaine, Ohio area that were built by Dale Elleman. He is listed has operating the Buffalo DI in Tampa, FL. I would think it is the same DI has the East Buffalo. Per the 1955-56 Theatre Catalog

It got sold and now is owned by the manager of the DI who worked for Great Eastern from what I understand.
No it is sign that the screen tower from 1952 needed replacement!!That would be a great DI to reopen, it has room for a second screen tower.
