1978 photo. Films were still being shown regularly, along with the stage show featuring the Rockettes. There were only a handful of people in the audience for a prime time evening performance, a pretty good indication that this traditional policy of films plus a stage show at popular prices would soon be ending forever.

Wow, John… this ties in nicely with the photo I posted just before this one – which is the cover to the movie program for “Crossed Swords” – which was the Easter Attraction and was actually scheduled to be the very last attraction at the Hall.
