200 Randhurst Village Drive likely refers to the unit number within the Randhurst Village center while 324 Theater Way likely refers to its location on the internal network of streets, which I think is what Mount Prospect goes by, which is why 324 Theater Way is the address that has appeared in the press. I’m not sure why else it would be called Theater Way.

PLEASE CHANGE ADDRESS TO:

200 RANDHURST VILLAGE DRIVE

This is the address that AMC lists on its Website, not 324 Theater Way. Google Map will not be able to find the new address, it did find 170 locations for the old address, none of them correct. Google may not have the info on this “new” construction area yet? It is in the area of Elmhurst Road and Rand Road, if you want to Google that till the address works.

EXT = Enhanced Theatre Experience, “20% larger larger floor-to-ceiling screen, breathtaking sound and digital projection that is higher resolution than HD.”

LEED = LEADERSHIP in ENERGY and ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN, which is a certification system for buildings with energy savings, water efficency, CO2 emissions reduction, and improved indoor enviornmental quality. That last one would be GREAT for a cinema! LEED Buildings on average are 25-30% more energy efficient, have better ventilation, temperature control, lighting control, and reduced indoor air pollution.

More info and more photos always welcome.
