Photograph taken in July 1993 of the Plaza cinema queueing lobby. This area was used many times throughout the life of the cinema and could accommodate 500 people. Showing on the left side a section of the original polished oak panelling that was originally fitted to the whole interior before overpainting in 1965. The queueing lobby had seventeen murals each were framed within a rose and foliate designed surround once finished in gold.
