BRONX, NY — The New York Times had a great opinion piece last weekend about the dwindling cinema options in the Bronx. Recent closures have left only the AMC Bay Plaza 13 and the Concourse Plaza as the only choices for the borough which if considered its own city, would be the sixth largest in the country. Check out the full article for the history of moviegoing in the area and what some are doing to encourage new theaters.
