Espace Cinema Pantin

Located in the outer northeast Paris district of Pantin. The Cinema-Hall was opened on 8th October 1908 and was designed by architect Adolphe Gerard. It had a highly decorated facade and inside the auditorium seating was provided for 1,000 in orchestra and a small balcony. It was soon renamed Casino Cinema.

It was modernised in 1932 to the plans of architect Georges Nachbaur and again in 1947 to the plans of architect A.E. Brasseau. In 1956 it was taken over by the Cineac chain and was re-named Carrefour and given a streamline look by architects Pierre de Montaut & Adrienne Gorska.

It now operates as 6-screen cinema re-named Espace Cinema Pantin.
