On July 18, 1950, Boxoffice wrote, “The new 800-car Sandy Boulevard Drive-In erected by Outdoor Theatres, Inc., on a 12-acre site near the intersection of E. 92nd Street and Sandy Boulevard, recently was opened”. It had a 54x60-foot screen at that point.
The 1952 Theatre Catalog listed the Sandy Boulevard Drive-In with a capacity of 890 cars, owned by Andy Anderson, Forman Bros. It had the address at 9345 NE Sandy Boulevard and was still included in a 1978 topo map.
When built, I-205 cut through the east side of the viewing area; the rest of the site is now a dog park.

This is the correct address for this theatre.
This points to the drive in entrance road which wrapped around the drive in and now the transit center.
Hwy 205 took most of this one out though a ¼ of the ramps are still visible in San Park on 92nd…
