“In its release, the company alluded to ongoing challenges and “circumstances beyond our control” as leading to the decision. Specifically, Dipson Theatres cited issues with a “leaky roof” within the theater at the Chautauqua Mall.
“We recognize that the leaky roof has been an inconvenience to you, our valued customers, and we deeply apologize for any discomfort it may have caused during your visits to our establishment,” Dipson said.

A 4-alarm fire erupted at the historic Enean Theater in Pittsburg, creating chaos and a challenging scenario for the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District (Con Fire) firefighters, who responded swiftly to the emergency.

However the autoparts company lists the address as 1558 S King Street, and is listed as Punahou Auto Service (the cross st)
That gets one to wonder, did Roger contact KTLA, KNX, KABC, etc with this issue if it is ruffling his feathers so. If you’ve not been paying attention, the media gets ALOT wrong of late, and do not give a tinker’s cuss about it.
The marquee is still in tact, but now displays “Giovanna’s Goodies” Offering everything from empanadas to hot dogs. There is a Mr Softee in one of the storefronts further down, which plays that haunting melody as you walk by.
